What You’ll Do

Field Effect is looking for a Sales Enablement & Productivity Lead is to ensure our growing sales team possess the skills, knowledge, assets, and processes to maximize every buyer interaction. As a seasoned professional with a background in product marketing and sales optimization you will:

  • Focus on ‘empowering sales and partner teams to sell’
  • Be an expert in Buyer Journeys
  • Be responsible for the framework of the sales assets and tools required for the sales team
  • Support the development of the content/tools by our amazing Marketing (reviews, feedback, etc.)
  • Help to develop the initial planning and process design for the sales enablement function (i.e. “help build the role and the sales enablement framework”)
  • Be familiar working within start-up/high growth environments

Requirements

Must haves

  • Experience with Buyer Journeys and Buyer Personas
  • Experience in collecting sales enablement tracking and success data, and ensuring assets are accessible and used
  • Experience creating compelling content and learning road maps
  • Experience working directly with sales and marketing teams

Nice to haves

  • Background in Product Marketing or Product management
  • Experience collecting and delivering sales needs from/to channel partners
  • Experience defining learning paths for different types of sellers
