Senior Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help orchestrate the interaction between data, process, and people to optimize and enable Field Effect’s sales team. This role will coordinate sales-related processes and operations within Sales as well as cross-functionally, be responsible for systems administration, as well as reporting ensuring data is translated into timely, digestible, and relevant insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting sales, has excellent people and analytical skills, is motivated to learn, and highly organized.

What You’ll Do 

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Field Effect, you will:

  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in administering and managing the tools and systems necessary to properly and efficiently measure and report on sales operations
  • Coordinate product, pricing, contract and client information to ensure sales and account management enablement
  • Ensure all required documentation is in place and coordinate sales order processing
  • Gather and maintain consistent information for quote and proposal development
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and share best practices
  • Assist in the delivery of systems and process onboarding training to new team members
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills – you are able to establish cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels

Education and Experience: 

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered
  • Proven working experience in sales organizations
  • Have solid experience using a CRM (MS Dynamics would be ideal)
