Work hard, connect often

A deep sense of purpose and pride permeates through Field Effect when it comes to our product and protecting our clients. We are intentional about taking time to celebrate our team's successes and fostering meaningful connections beyond work.

That's why, over the past couple of months, we've held events like:

• Virtual Cyber Drop: for our remote teammates around the globe, we spent a Friday afternoon in April racing against the clock to solve puzzles in a themed escape room.

• Wellness Challenge: for the full month of May, teams earned points for activities that enhanced their well-being, such as socializing with colleagues, acts of kindness, eating away from their desks, and taking care of themselves.

• Field Olympics: In the last week of June, we gathered on the big field at TD Place in Ottawa for a day of friendly competition, team-building, laughter, and of course, ice cream.
