Colin Belcourt

Colin is a resourceful and energetic leader who has experience in driving a range of teams, programs, and projects for various technologies.

He has over 20 years of experience as a computer engineer, software developer, technical leader, government executive and business executive. Prior to joining Field Effect, Colin was the VP of Product Development at Agile Intelligence Solutions, health-tech start-up. He was previously the Director of Risk Mitigation Programs with the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security where he led programs designed to support government and organizations of all sizes mitigate threats and make informed decisions around the technologies they used.

Previously, Colin was in key roles at the Communications Security Establishment, including building and managing several teams of cyber security analysts as the manager for Network Operations, and shaping the strategic direction for capabilities as the technical advisor for Network Programs.
